These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and goldbed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the goldbed website, mobile interface, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the goldbed platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the goldbed platform in any capacity. By using goldbed, you also confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

goldbed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with goldbed's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and goldbed.

Use of the goldbed platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. goldbed is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a licence not held by goldbed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the goldbed platform, or any affiliated platform, and are not subject to any active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, coercion, or undue influence when entering into this agreement.

If goldbed discovers — at any point — that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, all winnings generated during that period will be forfeited, all deposits will be returned to the payment source where technically possible, and the account will be permanently closed. goldbed will not be liable for any losses sustained by an underage player who circumvented the age verification process.

Responsible Gambling for Minors

goldbed strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you believe a minor has accessed goldbed, please contact our support team immediately via live chat or email at support@goldbed so that we can investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

Each player may hold only one registered account on goldbed. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must inform the support team immediately so the duplicate can be closed without penalty.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with goldbed, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number, preferably linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account for payment verification purposes.

You must not register using a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or any information intended to mislead goldbed or circumvent its verification procedures. Any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information will be suspended pending investigation, and all funds within the account may be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

goldbed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect the integrity of the platform and safeguard against fraud, money laundering, and underage access. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered mobile number and name.

goldbed will process KYC documents within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified via email or live chat once verification is complete. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. This is a standard security measure and is not punitive in nature.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldbed username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. goldbed will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our live chat support team immediately.

goldbed supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No hidden currency conversion fees are applied by goldbed to any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though individual payment provider limits may apply.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your goldbed wallet within 10 minutes, please contact live chat support with your transaction reference number.
• goldbed does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• goldbed does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider are the player's responsibility to check independently.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00pm Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same business day. Requests submitted after 10:00pm BST are processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts cannot receive withdrawals regardless of the balance amount.
• goldbed reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000 as part of its fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. goldbed will attempt to notify you via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting our live chat support team.

goldbed offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players in Bangladesh, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL cricket tournaments. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of bets you must place before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money deposits are used first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance has been depleted.
• Each player is entitled to claim each type of welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• goldbed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in use by players at the time of the change.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Welcome Bonus

New players at goldbed are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon the qualifying deposit being processed and confirmed. The applicable wagering requirement and minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses) are detailed in the Welcome Bonus promotion page. The welcome bonus expires 30 days from the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud Prevention

goldbed employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting"), the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and the use of automated software or bots to place bets. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended at goldbed's sole discretion.

All games and betting markets available on the goldbed platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published within each game or market interface, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

Game Fairness

All slot and RNG-based games on goldbed use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by the size of your bet, your account history, your account balance, or any other player-specific variable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within the game information panel inside each game.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These providers are internationally recognised and subject to independent testing and certification. goldbed does not control live dealer game outcomes and is not responsible for technical issues originating from within the provider's studio environment.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability and accuracy of the relevant market at the time of placement. goldbed reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being operational and accurate. In the event of a data feed disruption, in-play betting may be suspended temporarily. Any bets placed during a confirmed data feed error period will be voided and stakes returned.
• Match cancellations and postponements: if a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to specific cricket betting rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure during a game session, goldbed will investigate the affected session using server-side logs. If a malfunction is confirmed to have affected the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. goldbed's decision in such matters is final. Note: "Malfunction voids all plays and pays" is a standard industry principle applied across all RNG and live dealer titles on this platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the goldbed platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Money Laundering: Using the goldbed platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. goldbed complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method to exploit goldbed's promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access or use the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access for a minor.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your goldbed account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

goldbed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or at goldbed's sole and absolute discretion.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their goldbed account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the live chat support team or by sending a written request to support@goldbed. Upon receiving your closure request, goldbed will process the closure within 48 hours and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to goldbed. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use goldbed's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion can be requested via live chat or by emailing support@goldbed and specifying a desired exclusion period (minimum 24 hours; maximum permanent). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to login, deposit, or place bets. goldbed will also suppress all marketing communications to a self-excluded player for the duration of the exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goldbed shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses from gambling activity, technical malfunctions, unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their credentials, or interruption of service. Your use of goldbed is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and goldbed in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to goldbed's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support process, goldbed may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. goldbed's decisions on matters of platform operation, game outcomes, and account management are final, subject only to the independent dispute process described in this clause.
