Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and goldbed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the goldbed website, mobile interface, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Security

Deposits

Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00pm Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same business day. Requests submitted after 10:00pm BST are processed on the next business day.
- Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts cannot receive withdrawals regardless of the balance amount.
- goldbed reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000 as part of its fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. goldbed will attempt to notify you via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting our live chat support team.
Bonuses & Promotions
goldbed offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players in Bangladesh, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL cricket tournaments. General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of bets you must place before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money deposits are used first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance has been depleted.
- Each player is entitled to claim each type of welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
- goldbed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in use by players at the time of the change.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
Welcome Bonus
New players at goldbed are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon the qualifying deposit being processed and confirmed. Bonus Abuse & Fraud Prevention
goldbed employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting"), the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and the use of automated software or bots to place bets. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended at goldbed's sole discretion.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on the goldbed platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published within each game or market interface, as well as the general rules set out in this section.
Game Fairness

Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure during a game session, goldbed will investigate the affected session using server-side logs. If a malfunction is confirmed to have affected the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. goldbed's decision in such matters is final. Note: "Malfunction voids all plays and pays" is a standard industry principle applied across all RNG and live dealer titles on this platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the goldbed platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
- Money Laundering: Using the goldbed platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. goldbed complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
- Underage Access: Attempting to access or use the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access for a minor.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your goldbed account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf.
Account Closure & Suspension
goldbed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or at goldbed's sole and absolute discretion.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their goldbed account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the live chat support team or by sending a written request to support@goldbed. Upon receiving your closure request, goldbed will process the closure within 48 hours and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to goldbed. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use goldbed's self-exclusion facility. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and goldbed in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to goldbed's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support process, goldbed may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. goldbed's decisions on matters of platform operation, game outcomes, and account management are final, subject only to the independent dispute process described in this clause.
